Business Board Member
At first, I saw many of my older peers heavily involved, but it was only after they shared SOP's mission with me when I decided to join. From creating websites to packing and picking up shoes, through SOP, I was able to learn how to work with others my age in the real world. In the business initiative, I learned more about customer marketing and was given opportunities that pushed me out of my comfort zone. For example, pitching which at first was difficult, but with the guidance of other members I not only was able to successfully pitch, but also gained a-lot of real world skills.
Outside of SOP
In school, I am involved in clubs like DECA, Project lead, Future problem solvers, and HOSA. I also play the clarinet in my schools marching and compete in rhythmic gymnastics outside of school.
